After shopping several local companies including Home Depot we picked Findlay Roofing to replace our roof, gutters and insulation. From quote to completed job their level of honest customer service was refreshing. No high pressure sales pitch or broken promises.

I called 7 roofers and got quotes and they were the cheapest. Since my roof was leaking they came out and put a tarp on it. On the day that my roof was to be replaced they showed up on time. They were able to get my entire roof replaced in 1 day. I was very, very happy with them and their work.

My husband and I could not be more pleased. After we had been through a few other roofers, and our insurance would not allow a roof replacement, we called Findlay, they were doing our neighbors roof. We were a bit surprised at first, but the told us our roof had aged, was about 18 years old and needed to be rpelced, and there was no damage due to weather storms. This was consistent with what the two insurance agents told us when they came out. Not that we were thrilled we were going to have come out of pocket for a new roof, we were impressed with Jason's candor and expert opinion - it matched the insurance agents comments to a tee. Nonetheless, we got a new roof, it looks great. the crew did a fantastic job, it is messy, but they kept our propety clean. The ladies in the office were polite, and knew their jobs, they knew a lot more about roofs than I do. The only thing we would have liked to have done different was to not have the waste trailer parked so far from the house, that was our fault. It was kind of noisy, but I guess there's no way around the sound of the hammers. They did a nice job, and evrything Jason told us was done exactly. We would recommend them t anyone.
